Volunteer Workshop: WHAT COLOR IS MY FUTURE?

Assessing Your Today for A More Satisfying Tomorrow, Including Right-for-You Volunteering!

In this three-part workshop, you will be coached as you assess your life today in order to plan for your own meaningful, satisfying, healthy future! As part of this thoughtful self-review process, you will consider how volunteering can work for you, specifically the kind of volunteering that will add the most meaning to your life and wellness to your health! Volunteering flows naturally from an emphasis on a meaningful life and is an essential ingredient for happiness.

You will walk out of the final workshop session with your own personal life-planning (and volunteering) notebook in hand, having worked in small groups with like-minded fellow travelers and benefited from their support and friendship. You will continue to have computer and community-based long-term resources helping as you implement your life plans and find the most meaningful-for-you volunteer work. (If you decide to look for paid employment, this workshop will also help you focus on what will fit best with your in your life today.)
Coaching and facilitating this 3-part workshop will be Sue Reamer, Ph.D., a trained life and wellness coach, who holds both a nursing license and a nursing home administrator’s license and is a retired nursing home administrator. She has studied successful aging and used this expertise as a volunteer project facilitator for both the Brookline Senior Center and the Rochester MA Senior Center. Sue has been a Brookline resident for twenty-five years.

Registration is required for this free three-part workshop.
