How well are you meeting clients' needs and your board's vision? If you decide to add new services, which ones should you consider and how might they be received? This workshop shows you how to unearth the answers to these questions. It presents a framework for analyzing and evaluating your organization and its programming as well as practical analysis and evaluation techniques you can use. Course material is reinforced through exercises and demonstrations.
